This Privacy Policy describes how Glo Younger Pty Ltd (ABN 92 650 614 038) ("Glo Younger", "we", "us", "our") collects, holds, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit, use or make a purchase from our online store (the "Store"), and how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles, and any other applicable Australian privacy laws.

Our Store is hosted on Shopify. By using the Store, you consent to your information being handled as set out in this policy. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information.

Our Store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Store in order to provide and improve the service for us. Information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the service.
